Project Brief

A container terminal handling Panamax vessels (4,500 TEU) needed to replace 24 cone fender frontal pads after 11 years of service. The original pads were UHMWPE 80 mm thick, 1500 ร— 1500 mm, with M20 countersunk mounting holes on a 250 mm grid.

Process

Customer sent us the original fender drawing (PDF). Within 48 hours we returned a CAD-confirmed quote and a sample drilling pattern for approval. After PO, we delivered FOB Qingdao in 22 days. Customer used a local stevedoring contractor for installation.

Outcome
